I do not want to be tedious but I can't help updating you on my life situation ,maybe just because I need to talk it over, I just tell you that now it's time to kick the owner and building administrator right there where the sun never shines. They're both dishonest and using this word means I am very polite and well educated. They charged us for extraordinary maintenance of the building (retouch of the external paint) and for a major failure of the elevator's engine. Both costs should be paid by the owner and not by the lodger, 300€, money my friend lawyer says I should not pay, but as I can't afford going to a court I have to pay. GRRRR, An extra cost in a very difficult moment... Sigh!
A new check-point to my to do list is: find a new affordable rent flat with a decent apartment block administrator and owner. Fast!Fast!Fast!
