I hate Fastweb and a freebie to share

I have no luck with internet providers lately, they are driving me insane. I changed the internet provider in November, switching from Infostrada to Fastweb. The phone central in my area had a major failure in September, as you maybe remember from my posts, and we lost phone line and internet connection for more than 10 days. When the main national phone company , Telecom, fixed the problem, it gave more band connection to their customers leaving the other with little or no connection bandwidth. We could not charge a single page in the evening, and during the day the connection was extremely slow; that is why, after having waited for another 2 month, we decided to leave Infostrada and choosed a new company, the d****d Fastweb.

We had to pay a penalty to leave the old one and as the new provider did not inform us correctly ( they assured they were taking charge of all the administrative procedures but they did not) we also had to pay for the same internet connection two different invoices to both companies at the same time. 

We should have had the new connection up and running within 30 days but we ended up having it only at the beginning of January. We also had in the contract my new mobile SIM Card and another one for the tablet. Guess what ... they arrived at the end of February. The company said our documents were expired  but  they were not, the poor guys over there simply did not rotate the documents to check the expire date and they were reading the date the other way round. Fools... 

After all this purgatory, at the beginning of March, I had all my stuff working as it should.

Until this morning when I received the invoice for the next two months .... aarghhhh.... I was charged with a tax that, by the contract I signed, was supposed to be completely paid off by their company, this discount was the reason I subscribed that offer, those liars. 

New conversation with their call-centre,

                       new fax, 

                                45 day to get, I hope, my money back.... 

We had enough!  Dh decided this thing has to be stopped, tomorrow we are gonna change mobile provider from Fastweb to 3 and ,as soon as possible, also the internet one, going back to the national company, Telecom. 

It will take from 30 to 60 day to have the new connection up and running again, I could be down for about 30 days meanwhile... I hope not!

Please be patient with me, just in case, but most of all, keep your finger crossed for me!
