Pizza evening and a freebie

Today was pizza dinner day at my place, it usually happens every ten - twelve days. I prepare the dough with 400 ml water, 800 gr. white flour, 2,5 little spoons of salt, 2,5 large spoons of olive oil and 22 gr of fresh brewer's yeast. My bread making machine does the magic and after 1h and a half , I have my pizza dough ready to be rolled out on the pre-oiled baking pan. I add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, cooked ham, olives, tuna fish, mushrooms and a little bit of oregano. My son is really happy in his helper role that gives him the possibility to pick at ingredients. The moment we take the pizza out of the oven is pure magic... a delicious pizza smell spreads around in the kitchen and our mouths are watering already.
