School is starting soon + freebie

School is starting on the 9th of September here where I live, Alexander is gonna start the elementary school... wow time has gone so fast, seems like yesterday we started kinder garden three years ago. We prepared and already bought all that is necessary for the first class, pencils, pens, block notes and such, plus a small backpack branded with gormiti.  A small bag to hold and carry tennis shoes for the psychical education gym was also needed. I created the design for this last one and than let it print on tissue by a laboratory called photocity
I transformed Alexander in a cartoon (more or less) added golden wings and placed him between his favourite heroes: the Gormiti. I found a coloring page of the gormiti googling around , followed the lines with a pen tool to create a first sketch, the fill it with the right colors and refined it with the dodge and burn tool. The result is pleasing and my son loves it.

For the final touches I added a suitable background and a flaming text because his name had to be on the bag too! No one is gonna have a bag like this in his class, that's for sure!!!

Here's a photo of the finished bag:

Not bad, uh?

Up to the freebie... I decided to share with you the flaming name, I know that in the western part of the world (North America , Europe) and in Russia Alexander is quite a common name just like Alessandro in Italy so I think many of you will have the possibility of using it. Enjoy!

The link expired! Please take time to leave a comment, it is always appreciated!

Thanks so much for this great freebie, my Alexander is still too small for such a great bag (21 month) but for later I'll take this wonderful name-tag.

Hugs
